Fostering a dog is an incredibly rewarding experience. It can change a dogs life and help to set them up for success. Because we are a foster based rescue, we are only able to help dogs in need if we have a foster home for them to land in when they arrive in CT. You can apply to Foster below though the link!
Fostering Requirements:
Must be a minimum 18 years of age
All pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations
All pets in the home must be dog friendly and have experience with other dogs.
When fostering, all equipment, food and medications (if applicable) will be provided by the rescue. The time required can range from days to weeks depending on the adoption status of the dog. If you are only able to foster for a week - it still helps. Any amount of time you are able to donate is precious and we are willing to work with you to accommodate your schedules.
*All fosters have the first option to adopt they dog they are fostering.
